1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Scandiplanes.com you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may edit your username, home airport, profile picture and banner at any time in Settings.

3. Uploading photos

You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission to share it.
Registrations must start with SE-, LN- or OH- — the country the aircraft is actually registered in.
Photos must be cropped and the registration must be clearly legible.
Do not upload illegal content, or content that violates someone else's privacy or rights.

You keep ownership of your photos. By uploading, you grant Scandiplanes.com a non-exclusive license to host and display them on the site so other users can view them.

4. Community content

Keep comments respectful and on-topic. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your photos, comments, likes and favorites and cannot be undone.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
